Domestic shipping-
*We provide Free shipping inside India for order value above 1000/- INR and 100/- will be charged for orders below that.
* shipping time across India will take 5 to 7 working days, depending on the design and availability and up to 20 days for few designs.
*Custom designs will take up to 30 working days.

International shipping -

The average delivery time is 10 to 20 working days from date of dispatch for international orders.

*Queens is not liable in case of delay in the customs clearance process or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
*A standard shipping charge of 2500 INR net will be charged for all countries for any order value.

• If you wish to exchange the newly bought jewellery you can send it back to us within 10 days from purchase and exchange for the same value or have a credit note with us
